Our Council offer is tailored to suit the needs of your Community.
We understand that building a more equitable & inclusive culture can feel challenging and uncomfortable at times and so we use our expertise, experience and knowledge to facilitate these conversations. Our approach proactively includes those who don’t usually talk about topics like gender, equity, masculinities, power and privilege but are motivated to be part of the conversation.

Ben and Rose were incredibly personable and are highly skilled at making people feel extremely comfortable and valued - no mean feat in a room full of people with very divergent levels of privilege, and very divergent experiences of oppression.
