Our Council offer is tailored to suit the needs of your Community.
We understand that building a more equitable & inclusive culture can feel challenging and uncomfortable at times and so we use our expertise, experience and knowledge to facilitate these conversations. Our approach proactively includes those who don’t usually talk about topics like gender, equity, masculinities, power and privilege but are motivated to be part of the conversation.

I remember that we created this safe space where I could talk to these guys about it and I saw the ripple effect of my vulnerability across those other men. [The issue] is about being blind to things that we haven't seen and actually realising that you can change, that vulnerability can be turned into something that's very powerful around cultural change.
During the training the thoughts and the process and getting to grips with what was expected and where it was going gave us a great opportunity to actually learn more about ourselves [...] realising that our role models weren't always the best [...] it made me identify more with the sort of person I was and had to become rather than what my role models had been teaching me.
