Beyond Equality ran an incredibly powerful session for us on speaking up about how we are feeling. People felt comfortable to open up in small groups. Amazing feedback about what an impact the workshop had & how it made them think about things, how to get familiar with the signs when they're struggling, communicate those and support others to do so too. It was a poignant reminder of the power of sharing stories and the empathy and connection it fosters.

It's a challenging and eye-opening program that will reshape the way you look at the world.

Ben and Rose were incredibly personable and are highly skilled at making people feel extremely comfortable and valued - no mean feat in a room full of people with very divergent levels of privilege, and very divergent experiences of oppression. They encouraged everyone to speak and speak honestly, without ever forcing this upon someone. The time flew by in the best possible way.
