Beyond Equality supports men and boys to embrace healthy masculinities, so we can end gender-based violence, improve wellbeing, and build safer, more equitable communities across the UK. Through workshops, policy influence, and research, we work to transform systems, not just individuals.
We are looking for a dynamic Chair of the Board of Trustees to lead 6–9 Trustees, partner with our Director, and ensure strong governance, strategy, and accountability. You’ll champion our mission, facilitate effective meetings, ask critical questions, and help shape our next phase.
The ideal candidate is passionate about gender justice, a skilled facilitator, strategic thinker, and committed to equity and impact. You’ll attend BE events, represent us externally, and help diversify our Board.
Details:
• 3-year term (renewable once)
• Unpaid (travel expenses covered)
